The Better Living Center of Spokane serves inner-city Spokane, WA. Established in 1976, it has functioned for a number of years as a food pantry, serving about 400 families per month and distributing approximately 40,000 pounds of food each month. It is recognized as a charitable organization under the Upper Columbia Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.

Our mission: As a faith-based organization, the Better Living Center exists exclusively for charitable, educational, and health-related activities for the purpose of following Christ's example of service to the community - to nourish the body, mind, and spirit through unconditional love and care for the dignity of all people.
